distribution network throughout Ontario.

2009 OFATV Annual Provincial Raffle - Rules & Regulations
The Fine Print
- There are only 25,000 tickets available. Tickets are $5 each. Tickets are not tax deductible. The odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets sold. The total value of all prizes is approximatly $15,000.00* inclusive of all applicable taxes and freight. Winning tickets will be drawn under supervision. All valid tickets are eligible for the draws in accordance with these rules and regulations.
- Ticket purchasers must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Tickets will be physically sold only in the Province of Ontario. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted as payment for tickets. Payment must be received in full for ticket purchases to be valid. In the event of a cheque returned by the bank, the ticket price must be paid in full before the ticket will be validated.
- The draw (9 prize draws) will be conducted in Midland, Ontario. Draw will be held June 6, 2009 at the OFATV AGM. The draw order for both draws will start with the prize of highest retail value to the prize with the least retail value. After each winning ticket is drawn and recorded, it is held out of the draw. Winners will be announced from the prize of the least retail value to the highest retail value.
- A listing will be available on our website (www.ofatv.org) on June 9th, 2009.
- Winners of Motor Vehicles will be responsible for paying for vehicle licence and insurance costs. All prizes must be claimed within one year after the draw date. Prizes may not be exactly as shown. All values listed are approximate and include applicable taxes and freight. Winners of all prizes must accept the prize as awarded. All winners will be contacted by the OFATV staff to claim your prize. The following persons are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: Executive members of the Ontario Federation of All Terrain Vehicle Club Board of Directors: Employees of the Ontario Federation of All Terrain Vehicle Clubs. All winners will be notified by phone or mail with complete instructions on how to redeem their prize(s). Winners agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by the Ontario Federation of All Terrain Vehicle Clubs.
- The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
